WBDC is bringing in social media specialists and internet marketing experts to help fellow Connecticut business owners this Saturday for their Social Media Seminar. There will be experts on hand to  discuss Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Search engine optimization, Blogs and YouTube.

Our very own Amy Delardi will be volunteering her time at this event to talk about search engine optimization (SEO). SEO determines where you rank on popular search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. It is important that your site is optimized for these search engines so that you can rank high in their results and subsequently more people will click into your website. During her presentation Amy will discuss what SEO is, The DOs and Don’ts of SEO, how social media affects SEO, and how to effectively measure your results.
